What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Debit, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.  We do not accept personal cheques.

 

Do you provide a delivery service?

Yes we do!  Please ask us for a service quote.

 

Do you have a planting service?

Yes we do!  Please ask us for a service quote.  

Southshore is not responsible for pruning, fertilizing, watering, removing stakes or in any way maintaining plant material after it has been planted. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the planting area is clear of all utilities. Southshore will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to cut irrigation, gas, water, septic, cable, telephone or electrical lines resulting from work done on the customer's behalf. If trees or shrubs are being planted on ‘City/Town Property’ it is solely the responsibility of the customer/homeowner to obtain all necessary approvals. Subsequent removal, changes etc. would be at the customer/homeowner's expense.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do!  We will be happy to provide you with a gift card in any denomination. 

There will be an administration fee of $2.50 for each year the gift card is outstanding (not applicable to first year).  This amount will be deducted from the face value of the gift card.

 

What is your holding policy?

Your selected plant stock and other merchandise can be held for future pick-up or delivery with a 20% deposit or for 24 hours without deposit.

 

What is your refund/return policy?

Live plants are not returnable.  Hard goods may be returned within 30 days provided they are in original condition, with original retail invoice.   There is no return on sale items.

 

What is your policy on price adjustments?

All sales are for a limited time only and we regret that no discounts will be given before or retroactively after the sale.  No Rain Checks available.
