Southshore plant stock will grow if properly handled and planted, and if good 'after care' is provided (watering and fertilizing). Failure to provide adequate care will render your guarantee null and void.
Please call us for advise should your plant begin to suffer after planting. You can also email a digital photo to for us to try and diagnose the problem at southshorelandscape@hotmail.com.

We will replace a plant one time with a credit note, which will be issued on any plant that dies within two years of purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS. The plant must be presented along with your retail invoice - no exceptions. The credit note will be equal to original purchase price of the plant.

This guarantee does not apply to plants planted in or left in containers over winter. These plants are guaranteed to December 31st of the year of purchase.

This guarantee does not apply to damage or death caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, vandalism, negligence, or actos of a person, animal, or is attributable to an insect or incurable disease.

There is no guarantee on annuals and annual hanging baskets.

A three month guarantee applies to bulbs.

A one year guarantee applies to roses.

- Extended plant guarantee when plant material is installed by Southshore Landscape. We will replace a plant one time, free of charge in the same hole, for any plant that dies within two years of purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Guarantee is subject to the presentation of the dead plant or landscape inspection along with your retail invoice - no exceptions.
- An additional charge may apply if replacement is planted in a different location.
Some plant stock may have 'No Guarantee over Winter' and will have this notation marked on its' label.
Please note: Any delivery or planting charges are a one-time fee for services and are not refundable. However, when a delivery or planting charge was paid on the original purchase, it is our policy to redeliver or replant without charge any plant being replaced under the terms of our guarantee.
Containers and Garden Accents
Concrete, plastic, fiberglass, resin, metal, and clay products must be kept dry during the winter to prevent cracking and crumbling. These products are not guaranteed over winter due to climatic conditions.
